Her 20-year career has seen her work in almost every kind of discipline, including a stint in branding and design. Gill freelanced in Sydney for a year, but her boldest move was heading to Prague to be an Account Director. “The fact I was doing it alone made it feel like a really exciting adventure.”

Gill experienced the rewards and challenges of client-side when she first moved to Brighton, working at EDF Energy for five years in operational and customer communications. In 2015, she returned to agency life, joining Propellernet as a maternity cover Account Director. Since then, she has worked her way through the agency and is now on the Senior Management Team as General Manager, with responsibility for marketing and business readiness.

Outside work, Gill can usually be found running with her cocker spaniel, taking in a Parkrun, throwing the occasional wobbly pot, or heading to a gig, ideally outdoors at a festival. She is also permanently working out what her next hobby might be.
