Media Strategy Director, Lily's problem-solving skills extend beyond her working hours - into DIY!

Lily loves getting under the skin of a brand’s audience. With a decade of experience in paid media planning, buying and building holistic strategies, she’s worked across multiple markets, tackling different business objectives with varying budgets and KPIs. From leading the BBC World Service account to a global service expansion to working in-house at TUI on their digital marketing, she thrives in helping brands unpick their market while building out a bespoke strategy.

Outside of work, Lily hits the gym. “I’ve never been one to enjoy exercise and have always struggled with confidence to put myself out there. But thanks to my local independent gym I’ve been growing stronger, healthier and more confident with every class.”

Her other passion? DIY. “My husband bought me a drill one Christmas. Now I try to upcycle and fix things where I can. It’s a challenge and doesn’t always work out – but it feels good when something you’ve put together actually works!”
