Esme’s career began with a digital marketing apprenticeship – a grounding that gave her a practical, hands-on understanding of the industry from day one. She moved through paid search into paid social, before her role evolved into performance marketing strategy and client relationship management. It was the client side that stuck: the wider business conversations, the relationships, the bigger picture.

At Propellernet, Esme brings that cross-channel background to her work as Account Director, using her knowledge of performance marketing to have sharper, more useful conversations with clients about their growth goals – and her love of a good process and system means nothing slips through the net.

Outside of work, Esme is currently in the thick of doing up her house and garden. When she’s not project-managing her own home, she’s travelling to new countries or spending time with her dog Edgar.
