The Future of Charity Communications

We teamed up with the brilliant minds at Enviral to host an evening dedicated to the Future of Charity Communications. Held at the vibrant All is Joy Studios in London, the event brought together charity leaders, sustainability communicators, and digital change-makers to inspire new ways charities can harness storytelling, technology, and purpose to drive change.

Our very own Head of Paid Media, Travis Eyles, gave an insight-packed talk on demystifying paid media for the charity sector. His session focused on simplifying audience targeting, harnessing storytelling, and building meaningful donor journeys in a world of ever-changing digital channels.

We then moved into a powerful panel discussion, hosted by our co-MD, Sam Zindel, who was joined by James Elliott from Dogs Trust and Suzanne Begley from Make Sense Of It. Together, they unpacked the role of AI in the charity sector – not as a threat, but as a tool to help mission-led organisations do more with less, and do it better.

Climate and nature communications were centre stage in the final panel, hosted by Joss Ford of Enviral. We heard from Emma Marsh, Daniel Webb (Everyday Plastic), and Blue Ventures, each sharing how their organisations are leading bold campaigns and connecting people with planet in impactful ways.

From grassroots campaigners to big charity names, everyone in the room shared a common goal: to build better communications for a better world. We’re proud to have helped spark conversations that matter, and honoured to collaborate with a community pushing for real, lasting change. A big thanks to everyone who joined us.
