Paid media pro, problem solver, book lover… occasional dancer
Jess started her paid media career in 2021, joining agency life straight out of university. Since then, she’s worked across a mix of global networks and independent agencies, building experience in search, social, display and retail media. Her client base has been just as varied, from high-street brands to charities and government campaigns, giving her a broad view of what works, where and why.
Now part of the paid media team at Propellernet, Jess brings a thoughtful and adaptable approach to campaign planning and activation. She enjoys the problem-solving side of media, especially when it comes to multi-channel campaigns that need a clear strategy and tight execution.
Outside of work, Jess is usually found travelling, reading or getting outdoors for a hike. Her fun fact? A brief (and unsuccessful) appearance on Britain’s Got Talent. She counts it as a formative experience.
