Propellernet & CV Villas Campaign Earns Nine Industry Awards

We are marking a significant milestone in our 12-year partnership with luxury travel brand CV Villas, as our “World’s Bluest Waters” PR campaign collects 9 industry awards and 12 shortlist nominations.

Created with a budget of just £5,660, the campaign combined scientific research, colour theory and a search-first strategy to highlight Greece’s standing as home to some of the world’s bluest waters. We turned its data findings into a global PR moment, generating 225 pieces of coverage across major consumer titles such as USA Today, Travel + Leisure, Metro and Yahoo, driving CV Villas to a number one Google ranking for ‘Greece Villas’ ahead of global platforms Airbnb and Booking.com.

More than a one-off success, the campaign is a product of a trusted, long-standing collaboration. For over a decade, we’ve worked with CV Villas to deliver marketing strategies that combine creativity with measurable impact.

Our long-term partnership with CV Villas means we can go big on ideas, even with smaller budgets,” said Stephen Baker, our Head of PR. “The Bluest Waters campaign shows that when you blend creativity with robust data and insight, you can genuinely punch above your weight.”

Ben Briggs, Head of Marketing at CV Villas said “Seeing the world fall in love with this idea has been a wonderful journey. The quality and quantity of coverage the Propellernet Digital PR team secured has been first class and proves that smart storytelling drives serious results and business impact.”
