Our long-term relationship means that we’ve had a hugely valuable opportunity to really get to know Waitrose as both a brand and a business. This insight has allowed us to integrate around company-wide marketing and ecommerce activity, manage a successful programme of retained SEO work, as well as support the internal Waitrose team with occasional paid search strategic consultancy.
