I've been addicted to search for over 10 years now and as Strategy Director I'm often knocking about with the team, banging our heads together to think of our next step. Pushing the boundaries of innovation within the SEO industry and casting a critical eye into the future is what keeps our agency and clients ahead of the rest. As a result I'm rarely found at my desk and often found in deep thought on one of our beanbags, or scribbling on a huge whiteboard at planning meetings.

I'm extremely passionate about learning and sharing knowledge and central to that stands my brainchild the Propellernet Academy, which serves as a training ground to keep the whole team up to scratch on search.

And on my time off, I do a different kind of searching. Wildlife spotting and soaking up culture in Africa, gorilla trekking and safaris - give me a pair of binoculars and I'm off! (Or I strike an extremely silly pose instead).
