As Propellernet's longest serving employee, I'm an old dog still learning new tricks! Technologies and strategies are constantly in motion and this feeds through to the financial floor where I act as Financial Controller.

Apart from managing our day-to-day finances, I also deal with big changes such as our monumental move to shiny new Brighton offices at the start of 2011. As a gentle voice of reason, it's my job to curb spending enthusiasm where needed and at the same time free up capital for growth. It's a challenge, but luckily someone invented the spreadsheet where I happily spend most of my time.

As a young lad I was one of the best chess players in Sussex and these days I'm still making sure we're always one move ahead in our finances. As captain of our Propellernuts football team, I've led us to glory several times and when I finally get time to relax, I make it count by travelling to far flung places like Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong and the Caribbean. Number-crunching + proper travelling = one happy Bryan.
