Hello, I'm Chee, I grew up in Portsmouth, read Accounting and Financial Management at Loughborough University. Not many people know this but I represented England as a 16 year old competing in the pentathlon. That was sixteen years ago and I started working in the search industry in late 1999, when Altavista, Lycos, Excite, Netscape, Northern Light and Infoseek were the most popular search engines. I still remember the days of optimsing pages for Altavista and inktomi and seeing results within 24 hours, boy how times have changed.
I've been very fortunate to work with some of the largest brands in the following industries: dating, finance, travel, recruitment & retail.
Why Propellernet?
I was a Strategic Account Manager at one of the top three search agencies in the UK and I always heard of Propellernet being invited to pitch against the top three so they had to be doing something right. Meeting Jack two years ago along with the team and his vision of where he wanted to take search was enough for me to leave my post.
